Its lumber products include J-GRADE, 2 AND BETTER, SELECT, STUDS, ECONOMY and 3. The Company operates a two-line sawmill in Mackenzie, British Columbia (the Mackenzie Mill). Its Mackenzie Mill has approximately 240 million board feet of annual lumber capacity on a two-shift basis. It operates a 36-megawatt biomass power generation plant in Mackenzie, British Columbia (the Power Plant), located at the site of its Mackenzie Mill. Its Power Plant's output capacity is in excess of 230 gigawatt hours (GWh) of electricity per year.

RE:Sellers are packing their bagsIt's funny how wrong I was yesterday, I'm a bit surprised to see this down, but it takes some time to work out the supply/demand.  I was also wrong thinking it would pop up on the Q3 earnings... but I recall buying a big block at $1.17 shortly beforehand.  So, if others were in that boat even this lamentable $1.50 is a 28% gain on a few weeks back.  That puts the selling pressure in context really.

I'm not too worried about the cheap takeover either.  I'm not an expert on the poison pill but it's all here.  Search "rights plan".  I haven't read the thing, but from memeory any unwelcome bid or consolidation over 25% can trigger an extreme dilution for everyone but the acquirer where we all get free shares and they don't.  Makes for a more costly fight to get to 50%+.
