RE:2 million shares on Ask to .22That is likely a good indicator that someone is accumulating big time. That could be a false wall to continue scaring out stock. Think about it. If a company wants to buy a company, it will be at a proposed price to be subject to the acceptance of the shareholders. They don't want to announce an agreement to sell if there is a lot of risk that they might not get all the shareholder votes needed. And if the insiders involved in the negotiation own only a minority of shares, that means that there is a lot of risk that the acquiring company may have to up their price to get the votes legally needed. It is somehting like 90% but I am not sure. So if someone has already expressed an interest, from that time to the present, shares are being accumulated so that they become friendly shares in favour of the proposal. With everything else in this space taking off, there is something really strange going on at MTLO, almost by design it would seem...
