Thanks MarketMoney, it is exacly my sentiment. It's not excuses we need, it's knowledge of how this work at higher levels... simple proof we are somewhere else than 6 month ago: give a look at who and how we are bought. Very confident that we will see the light at the end of the tunnel this timel. By the way, I'm here since 2017 and I've got several moment of frustrations myself I agreed with OP, this company aka JHT are terrible communicators but they know how this business sector works.
