RE:More Conciliatory Approach, PleaseCorrection/Rectification...I do know Graham Downs knows and gets along with Ranj Pillai...Ranj is in the middle...let him do his job...he's trying to accommodate all sides and it's not easy. Let him do his job. Believe there is a happy medium.
