When Collection sites LLC was brought, QuestCap paid with shares to 3-4 people. I don't exactly remember the names of all those people but the two I remember are Tim Shelburn, the current president of collections sites LLC and 2nd was Lawrence Steinman. 
 
I do not know about one or two others but these probably not selling as they both are still working with QuestCap.

Perhaps that is where the bashing comes from, to avoid a spike in price and having to cover before their unrestricted shares are available to trade.   They would suffer a big loss if price took off and they had to cover. 

Do you have proof that shares are unrestricted?
