Simple answer to that: you can not push that trigger before you close your pp... I might be wrong of course but all indicators point the same direction for the really first time. Yes they know the sector: for instance, telehealth took 2 years of work and look how right it comes in the actual equation exacerbed by our new pandemic reality.
