And based on a interesting analysis posted on ceo.ca by a guy named Iberius (https://ceo.ca/qsc?f958d983e0f7)...

I think Medi-Volve's plan to open 2000 testing sites by April will allow them to know which spots are the most frequented one and allow them to direct public health departments as to the best places to get vaccines.

My humble analysis...
