cease trade order

cease trade orderIn december 2017 this stock was 1.17  and now price is ,005, Last night there is news on company website about management cease trade order, That means management cannot trade, Same thing happened with me in stock name symbol fork, THAT is also not traded anymore, Same thing happened with fork they issued management cease trade order and on the sametime stock was halted next day,
