RE:RE:IPL plant benefitsAnother Candian fantasy of grandeur ....Canadian enterprise is not competitive anywhere except the giant global leading snow washing and anything involving bribes and corruption ....LOL IPL plant is so far from markets, starting out as subsidised, with very high op costs IF it ever runs at commercial capacity.....will take many years of production to pay for the $BN cost overrun. There's a reason private enterprise did not build this on their own....one of which is an antiquitated rail, road and ports all over 100 years old hahaha

And nat gas in Alberta will always be very competively priced. So not only an unlimited supply of inputs, but reasonably priced as well. Not to mention the low Canuck buck. Those are HUGE advantages.
