Bombardier and Alstom

Will Bombardier be receiving shares from Alstom in their deal with them -
also,i see where Alstom pays a dividend-
if THE BOMBER does get to receive shares and th value of Alstom's shares rise-
it might add value to Bombardier's shares-
can anyone confirm if they will receive shares
