Yeah, I can vouch for that. Check out Zecotek (V.ZMS). CEO thought it was the greatest thing he ever did was to move HQ and manufacturing to China with a little financial help from the Chinese. The attraction was all the great number of hospitals that would need his MRI/Petscan technology. He doesn;t have a company anymore. He probably did alright but shareholders are left with nothing. It's been halted for over a year.

He's trying to merge with some outfit in the horse race business to get shareholders a piece of something. Like a parimutuel bet to feed the horses. Meanwhile the Chinese appear to have all the tech for the petscan hardware and software.

I was not overly happy seeing Howie's letter opening with so much dependence on China.
