Back in the Teens...

Back in the Teens...
Just checked my brokerage - .195 now.  Never thought I'd see this stock back in the teens.

Any idea what could be driving this stock lower?  There has been neither good nor bad news since the earnings call / announcement.  Even with the volume for a week or so the stock has floated in the 20-21 cent range.  Any idea what can cause it to now break under 20 cents?
