Great Bear Resources Ltd. is a Vancouver-based gold exploration company focused on advancing its 100% owned Dixie project in Northwestern Ontario, Canada. A significant exploration drill program is currently underway to define the mineralization within a large-scale, high-grade disseminated gold discovery made in 2019, the LP Fault. RE:RE:RE:RE:RE:RE:RightsWhen you say   "Let everyone have what they asked for"    do you mean to say:

1)   Give everyone the total shares they subscribed for over and above they existing rights offered?

2)  Follow the Rights offering documents and subscription documents and issue out 1 share for every right,  wether subscribed for or not,  according to the formula to apportion rights/shares to those who subscribed for more,   because  others had their rights and shares cancelled because they did not subscribe for them,  for whatever reason(s)?
