RE:RE:Proxy VotingPerhaps "dissenting" is the wrong word. I don't know anyone else going to the meeting who will be voting "against" that I can appoint as my proxy. 

From what I am reading, it looks like the director would be obligated to vote my share as "against" even if he doesnt support it.
