I should start by offering my apologies Number13. I was not aware that this discussion was for Preferred shares. So please disregard my question, asking about the against vote. I would have voted "against" as well, if I owned Preferred. I hold commons. Regarding the vote, I just logged in, I left the box empty and proceeded with my vote. The next screen shows me "Your vote instruction(s) have been submitted". Also states "Votes can be charged until voting deadline".
