RE:RE:RE:forthcoming earningsYou might have a better idea of Descartes growth rate than i do ; my impression is their growth rate is in high single digits?
I guess the discount on the stock price  for  the equity offering @ $17.25 was acceptable in view of what the stock has done since then.
