Bingo canyousayii !! You hit the nail squarley on the head.

KNR does NOT need this funding. It is not about the money. The MUCH bigger significance of this is that NCR is a government agency that has looked at the Biocloud and is sufficiently satisfied to endorse it. Potential government clients now have that added confidence from a government research agency. THAT is the significance - the additional vote of confidence that POTENTIAL clients have to consider.
