bought more at $1.35

bought more at $1.35Really scratching my head here.  I bought all I could at $1.35 today.  Today is last day you can buy and get the $0.35 dividend.  I just don't understand who would want to sell it at $1.35 today when you get $.35 div paid on Dec.10.    I keep wondering what I am missing here, but looking at all their numbers it seems like a really good risk/reward ratio.
