I don't think that it is unfair for the 10 year report card to show Fat F in this regard considering even the broad market indexes. But, lets look to the future. After all those years, they have made this as part of their objective for Phase 2 of the strategic plan, so let's get going. They can flash up a 20 cent share price somewhere, hopefully on the way up, on their AGM slide next November and show to us their ability to execute that they seem to be proud of every AGM.
