I am having the same question, Not sure whether the consideration for the out going 50% from Therma is for the services rendered or the work they have doen to develop the product. But I am not sure whether it is in line with legal frame work and/or accounting frame work. I need to reserch about this kind of consideration. But Therma should have been more transparent on this. they should have given more information to the current shareholders and future investors
