You do realize that Aim-X has a Canadian team that negotiates and deploys against contracted wins on their own, right???

In other words: they have ZERO need for RLV. In fact, they would compete on the very same bids...except Aim-X has a global organization and an integrated supply chain to actually BE competitive.
