The investment seeks to track the investment results (before fees and expenses) of the DBIQ Emerging Market USD Liquid Balanced Index (the underlying index). The fund generally will invest at least 80% of its total assets in U.S. dollar-denominated government bonds from emerging market countries that comprise the underlying index. The underlying index measures potential returns of a theoretical portfolio of liquid emerging market U.S. dollar-denominated government bonds.

no, there are also positive achievments

e.g. 4th straight week is red. About 20m shares sold or 10% FD
ELEF has the bigest daily volumes among silver explorers for last 4 weeks
.. as well as the bigest short position ( about 7m shares)

and frankly in this situation i'm not interested in what speculativ potential ELEF has in 18 months

i've been fed enough with "future opportunities" by Lee & Co for last 10 years
