RE:Great Job SteveTrevor based on Steve's phone call it sounds like they're listening and if there's gonna be some changes which I hope there is, it will probably happen sooner than later.  I don't believe they'll give Mr. Proctor another couple of quarters as I believe it should be clear to everyone he is not the person to be the face of the company. He might be a great guy but he's not the right guy for what Martello needs right now!
