RE:Acreage Announces Funding For Illinois Cultivation Expansion

RE:Acreage Announces Funding For Illinois Cultivation ExpansionI know it looks like expensive borrowing, but by comparison to the last deal that was over 60% plus finder's fees, it looks pretty good.  High spec money is expensive but clearly they want to finish what they've got going in Illinois.  Maybe the regular pot market doesn't have the strain they want and the crossing State lines thing is a real issue.  It does seem silly that magic ingredients can be imported into some States but not Inter-State.  I'm not sure what that grow is, marijuana or hemp but hemp is the live wire product right now and it only takes one crop cycle to switch to marijuana, so 10 or 12 weeks when they want thc instead.  Canopy is segwaying in hard on beverages for the US starting with hemp infused and thc estimated by summer, all through branding deals done with Acreage.  It is a kind of endrun around the Feds mighty hand and heavily reliant on State law superceding the Fed.  The US needs a Bernie Sanders to sort out their shyt and get an American greenrush happening and the democrats need to show some initiative for flirting with the idea of some kind of a trigger which most voters are going to assume means outright legalization across the boards for the US.  Somebody figured the Republicans will roadblock it until they get invested in it.  To think that Trump could have scooped that as his own election plum which would probably have put him in the drivers seat for another 4 years.  He's already flirting with 2014, my guess is to raise money that he needs to cover his election campaign.  The US doesn't need a hogtied parliament in times like these!  glta and dyodd
