Here's a thought:

What if they delayed the issue of the share for months, and continued to draw down their salaries?  Where would that money come from?  There is no income from a shell!

I thought that someone on the board had contacted the shares commission - what was the outcome?

Perhaps we all should send in complaints to the commission - rattle the cage so to speak.  It cannot be any worse than the current situation.
