Ultra-chilled cooling, to which the provincial release alluded to will be in these storage containers, requires specialized refrigerant condensing equipment. That is not in D9's "wheelhouse" and naturally would have to sub-contract  that out.

Definitly possible, however is there is any substantive reason to belive that D9 involved or is this wishful thinking? I can think of 20 companies in the province who could take a modular pod a throw in ultra-chilling equipment and UV lights to meet specification of that UofM study.
