In my opinion, they aren't buying because their main form of compensation is already stocks. If you look at their financials, the salaries and employee benefits expense is extremely low, and there's a section dedicated to stock compensation.

If this is a unicorn which i believe it is, why aren't they buying though? Especially during a big month like December.
