RE:Why aren't insiders buying? sorry, but this question cannot be answered...
as an experiment, pull up the insider trading records for some of your favourite top performing stocks... many times, you will see very little insider activity -- buying or selling -- then what?
and other times, you will see some, but that for any buying or selling they made, their timing was WAY OFF, they made terrible decisions, and their supposed "insider's advantage" nowhere to be seen...
because insiders are wrong, A LOT PEOPLE!!!... please stop all of this talk about insider selling and buying... if you want to make profits, and make them consistently, START THINKING FOR YOURSELF!!!
the insider trading activity is public information and anyone can see it... hence,
any effect is ALREADY BAKED INTO THE SHARE PRICE... you won't be and can't be getting any great secret advantage by reading those tea leaves
imho, people who follow insider trading think they're so clever, but I'll bet they don't do very well with their trading and investing success

new to this so just a legit question sparked by others. Always see insiders selling, is there any instances of insiders buying lately. Why wouldn't they? If this is a unicorn which i believe it is, why aren't they buying though? Especially during a big month like December.
