I just talked with my 17 year old son about this .  First thing he said:  "why doesn't the CEO and board members own shares?  They have no reason to care if they are not invested".  My goodness even a teenager knows this!

I think if we see an exit of Proctor and Danforth (hopefully Colley Clarke as well), there is NO way the stock will do anything but start rising.  If we on this board can see all these issues (you may recall a few months ago I asked on this here board rhetorically whether Proctor was the right guy), then for sure others who have money in this can as well and are equally upset.
