Lets all consider this a time before a catalyst, because its pretty set in stone from previous NR... Now lets all imagine for a moment and lets say any insider held 90% of their yearly componsation in stock, options, warrants blah blah blah, if that said insider were to say bring capital into the company and was done so in an irregular fashion and right before a significant announcement he/she could be put under investigation for insider trading. Now lets say a different insider were regularly making sporatic or scheduled cash purchases of the company he/she was involved in (example: EB tucker (Director of MTA/NOVR) that would be a different story completely. All we have as of shareholders of this company is faith in our ceo to steer this company, and the candlesticks that print for us. glta
