RE:RE:Many years ago...Exactly Goaweigh. That's the way it was for the Rainy River deposit (New Gold), the Golden Pond deposit (Inco) and the Hemlo deposit (Barrick). Pristine crystals means that you're close to the source, but how far? And the direction of the glaciation can vary. So the pristine crystals of the Golden Sidewalk doesn't mean that they are right over top of the source. So a more detailed till sampling survey will have to carried out in the Spring, to the north and to the east. Or they can do an MMI (Mobile Metal Ion) soil survey, which detects elements right over the source.
