The loan was fully impaired in 2015 and was converted into 208 Class B common shares of CB2 in 2016. CB2 subsequently completed a series of share consolidations, resulting in the Company owning 6,240,000 common shares of CB2. The valuation at September 30, 2020 was based on the quoted market price of $0.23 per share on September 30, 2020. As at September 30, 2020, the company held 5,304,000 shares of CB2. The Company’s investment in CB2 has been classified as level 1 within the fair value hierarchy – quoted market price........name change this week to Skylight skg/c.....hit .99 today
