Surely the chisslers you're reffering to are Rad10 and Scuffraif?
The two are one in the same I'm sure. He's a simple workin' man, but undoubtably a chissler.

Like this morning out of national bank. Its tax sell off season and they will scoop up all of the impatient money before driving this up. Its a long play. If you dont like it, sell and get out.
