8.4 mil of the shares will come from prefunded warrants. Exercise price .001. The way I read this is as an invitation to the hedge funds to short 14+ mil shares at $4.5 US (current price) and we will cover you at $4.05US. A nice 7+ million dollar profit at zero risk
