when the fact is new management has not even been appointed.

They re-instated the Old CFO only to get thru the Q3 filing, there is no CEO currently, When they pick new management it will be announced.

The board appointed represents major stake holders as proxy.

The major holders, family and friends represent more than 270 Million shares & there cost basis is 10 times where this traded.

How do we know " read the info circular  12 mo ago when this deal went thru.

The Debnt holders converted the Debnt at 7 cents this year. You would think they did that to sit tight and have this trade below 7 cents. I dont think so
