In his opinion, Canadian marijuana stocks are not going to be legal in the US anytime in the foreseeable future. The cannabis reform will be good news for the US multi-state operators, not so much for the Canadian operators that don’t have licenses for marijuana in the US. There will not be a recreational adult use federal legalization, there will instead be reform, not full legalization where it’s the wild, wild west.
