RE:RE:New Open Pit Strategy And Simple MathsJust to explain the simple math - going from 400m to 2000m (2km) open pit - it's 5 times longer across the open pit but it is in two directions. Therefore it's 5 X 5 bigger = 25. It also allows them to go 5 times deeper.Volume wise- it's way bigger than just 5 times.
