Not a chance they will declare a dividend capital or regular.  The interim CEO, part time CFO and the two independent directors hardly own any shares.   You can be sure they will hang onto the capital / investment, pay bonuses, issue DSUs and PSUs and use the platform to get paid as "executives" not as shareholders.  

Vote No to the PSU.
