Do your homework. Be informed.

The Nov MIC shows he owns 505,000 shares (directly and indirectly). That's less than 1% of any dividend. Yet his contract syas he gets 70% of any bonus pool = PSUs or cash bonuses. In 2019 his cash bonus was $7 million. No chance he can get those dollars in a dividend. Do The Math. It's pretty basic. Vote NO to the PSUs.
