Other Retail Option...

Other Retail Option...When speculating this week about a potential retail dispensary strategy, I described a greenfield approach.  I should have also mentioned the "other option" in the room and that of course is brownfield - as in acquiring an existing dispensary or two or three.  That is obviously the likely least path of resistance and the quickest to start maximizing our margins by selling our products directly to consumers.  My only potential concern with that is that cash is pretty precious to us right now as Rosen & Ruiz continue to right the ship and therefore, a logical consideration is to offer shares as part of any deal -with the  problem there being that we have too many shares outstanding as is - adding more to the float, I have stated over and over my opinion - I am not a fan of.  However, just wanted to remind everyone that a brownfield approach should and likely is on the table for discussion....Have a good weekend all...DFC
