RE:RE:RE:Looks good to me That's my reading as well. Makofka is a "finance bro" dºuchebag who smelled blood in the water when he brought in the Jed Wood vulture capital gang as his financial backers for the "restructuring" of Hemostemix. This cabal of sharks consists of Wood, Makofka, Drive Capital, JMWI and Jed Woods' own children Blake and Randi Wood, each with their own shell companies Wood Capital and REJ Investments.

So these various companies pumped a bunch of money into the HEM, and tried to force them into receivership to acquire control of the company and take it private. They filed litigation in both Alberta and Florida to make the company spend money on international litigation in furtherance of this plot.

HEM's attorneys see right through Makofka's and Wood's scheme but also seem to be faced with a biased judge in John E. Jordan who refused to grant them a stay of the proceedings while HEM appeals his prior decision that the Florida court has jurisdiction over the Canadian company.

Stay tuned...

Also look up Jed wood. He was a director for Hemo back in 2016, same time as Kyle Makofka You think these boys don't no anything about the product Hemo has? This was the group who tried to take it over
