Royal Helium Ltd. V.RHC

Alternate Symbol(s):  RHCCF | V.RHC.WT.A | V.RHC.WT.B

Royal Helium Ltd. is a Canada-based company, with a primary focus on the production and development of helium and associated gases and is currently producing helium from its Steveville project in Southern Alberta. Its helium reservoir at Steveville is carried primarily with nitrogen. Nitrogen is not a greenhouse gas (GHG) and therefore have a low GHG footprint when compared to plants in other jurisdictions that rely on large scale natural gas production for helium extraction.

RE:Entire mgmt team of OMM is either mgmt or director at RHC

RE:Entire mgmt team of OMM is either mgmt or director at RHCI'm not sure about OMM, but the RHC move seems driven more by Helium discoveries made by Desert Mountain in AZ and also the other private Sask Helium company. - North American Helium. NAH is apparently funded from hedge funds and PE groups out of USA.

Sask seems to be at the forefront of a helium exploration trend, given the global shortage and most of the Helium outside NA is in spicy jurisdictions like Quatar....I'm curious to see how this raise goes at 25c. The company certainly has massive operational leverage if they find some economic wells. I also like the fact that they are able to use dormant equipment from Nat Gas/Oil players who've been crushed by the energy sell off. Shared management is not uncommon in tiny micro caps like this but I do agree, eventually they need to split to maintain focus and avoid conflicts.
