The MIC is dated November shows the 2 independent directors own zero (what pubco only has 3 dirs btw?).  The interim CEO owns 505,000 and the partime CFO owns zero.  So maybe former execs and dirs are still showing as insiders on SEDI (it doesnt update itself) and their holdings are what you're seeing. ?  

Who reallly cares - They are not paying a dividend BUT clearly planning BIG bonuses: TO WIT the 15% PSU plan you should vote NO to.  You have to vote by Dec 7.
