I See the Usual Characters
MTX will follow the playbook on CD. In late 2018, CD did a 1-for-10 rollback and concurrently raised a private placement at pre-rollback at 1.5 cents. Post-rollback, CD opened at $0.25. Bob McEwen - the former Goldcorp Chairman and CEO - an insider took down one million post-consolidated shares @ $0.15 cents plus 3-yr options @ $0.20 cents. He dumped the shares and pocketed many $millions for around $300,000 initial investment. As well, Chad and other key employees made hundreds of thousands with their options. Cudney did well but slow to dump and got caught with his pants down. The worst are Canacrap and Leede Jones who sold shares to their wealth clients at $6.50/ share. Shareholders done well too but some got too greedy and became bag holders,
