Yes Chedda1, we have been the ones requesting the extensions as we wait for the EIR to come back.
Item 5 on page 3 of the Aug 10th meeting agenda shows the minutes where the Planning Commission has approved another 6-month extension as we wait for the EIR to come back.

Blackmazz, I do not know if the EIR has come through yet. I guess we will see if another extension will be requested at the meeting on Dec 14th as the last extension will expire soon.
