RE:without leadershipI reread the NR about the "retirement", I think Fishman was canned by the board and Lucas didn't like the decision and quit.

Fishman was probably canned because of the botched financing.

Clearly the market likes the decision to replace Fishman or the market knows VIVO is a takeover target, at a much higher share price, and are getting in at these low prices. 

I see a bit of a pull back in price this week before we move higher into the .20's and .30's.

I would like to see a merger rather then a takeover. 

Maybe they merge with AUXLY?

Thought anyone?
