Insiders have control (including options) on about 8.5M shares. On current share ownership, they have about 6M. If those on the board who replied back represent 30% (approx. 24M shares) and if we consider them strong hands along with the insiders, that still leaves about 48 M shares out there.
Trading volumes would suggest that the shareholders of the 48M are relatively strong hands. In someone could determine what the yearly trading volume is, we could see what the annual turnover is relative to 48M or 72M shares.
