This is very normal activity - par for the course.

Options are going to expire (or its just time to pull the trigger), management executes options very in the money, management sells shares because they already own ALOT of stock (Eric owns $1M worth of stock), plus they need to cover taxes.

By my math, Eric actually held onto some shares of that execuction, which is consistent with what he's done int he past with options/warrants. Sell some, keep some, increase ownership.
