Shares purchased for cancellation

I see that approx 173000 shares were purchased at end of nov for cancellation.now that stock price probably has bottomed real matters will hopefully fulfil their purchase for cancellation order set in June.
also BMO Nesbit burns has settled an order for 145000 shares at closing on Friday another good bull run sign.
thoughts anyone.
