That is why this Dec 15th ballot is so unusual ResourseWith all the director nominees oddly lumped together in 2 seperate but very distinct groups in the proxy, shareholders are left with confusing options.
The shareholders who feel they do not want to support GSFC can only vote for - as the GSFC rep is attached to the other nominees and there is no way to vote for the other management nominees.
To make things even more complicated, those shareholders who are completely fed up with the CSG's antics have only one option to vote withhold, as there is no way to vote for any of the csg nominees seperately.
Should be an interesting election considering GSFC alone controls the outcome of any further elections, thanks to the Rights Offering making this election rather mute.
